Smith,Rafat Omolara (Mrs) – Chief Procurement Officer

Smith,Rafat Omolara (Mrs)CIPSMN, a graduate  of Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto with BSC in Agriculture and MSC Agric-Economics from the  University of Ibadan, she joined the Lagos State Civil Service in 1st March 2000, as a Procurement Officer and now the Assistant Procurement Officer of the Lagos State Waterways Authority. Her hobbies include reading, travelling and making friends.
